The price makes the mansion the most expensive home ever sold in Los Angeles County, according to the Los Angeles Times. The identity of the buyer is the subject of much debate; the paper reported that the Milken Institute, founded by "junk bond king" Michael Milken, was listed as the party that would receive tax bills for the property, but Milken reportedly denied any connection with the deal. The estate was first listed in 2007 for $125 million, and it has been on and off the market ever since....
