LG Can't Force All American To Arbitrate LCD Suit
A California federal judge on Thursday refused to force the liquidating trust for All American Semiconductor Inc. to arbitrate its price-fixing claims against LG Display Co. Ltd., ruling that the South Korean liquid crystal display maker had waived its right to compel arbitration.
