Microsoft, Lucent End Fight Over $41M Patent Verdict
Microsoft Corp. and Lucent Technologies Inc. have ended their fight over a $41 million damages verdict against Microsoft in a suit over its alleged infringement of software interface patents in programs like Microsoft Outlook, an attorney for Lucent said Thursday.
