HP Can Seek Cut Of $77M SRAM Antitrust Deal, Judge Rules
A California federal judge on Monday allowed Hewlett-Packard Co. to seek a share of $77 million in settlements that resolved price-fixing claims against manufacturers of static random access memory nearly four years after HP chose to opt out of the class action.
