Jury Nixes Oasis Web Data Patents In Row With EMC
EMC Corp. and Carbonite Inc. prevailed Friday over a patent suit brought by Oasis Research LLC after a Texas federal jury concluded that Oasis' online data backup patents were invalid for failing to name all of the actual inventors.
