T-Mobile, Dozens More Hit With 3G Patent Suit
A wireless technology company filed suit Thursday against a host of mobile network and device providers including T-Mobile USA Inc., Amazon.com Inc., Barnes & Noble Inc. and HTC Corp. for allegedly infringing its 3G patents.
