Bankrupt envelope manufacturer NEC Holdings Corp. made its fifth and final bid Oct. 4 to extend its exclusivity period for filing a Chapter 11 plan of liquidation in Delaware, citing troubles selling off a contaminated New Jersey plant and pending cleanup litigation.
