Apple Inc. urged a California federal court Tuesday to force Golden Bridge Technology to hand over its patent portfolio, arguing this is the only way the apparently defunct company can pay any of the $187,000 it owes Apple in costs after unsuccessfully suing the tech giant for patent infringement.
