    Newegg Strikes Out On Fee Bid In E-Commerce IP Row

    Online electronics vendor Newegg has lost its bid for attorneys' fees from patent licensing company Pragmatus Telecom LLC, which had accused Newegg of infringing patents for an online chat service, after a Delaware federal court determined the case wasn't exceptional under the U.S. Supreme Court's Octane Fitness standard.
