Intel, Acer Get Plug Pulled On Ethernet Patent Brawl
A California federal judge on Friday pulled the plug on U.S. Ethernet Innovations LLC's sweeping infringement suit against Intel Corp. and more than a dozen technology companies, ruling that two USEI patents were anticipated and two others were not infringed.
