Rotech Judge Slashes Baker & McKenzie Fee Request
A Delaware bankruptcy judge slashed Baker & McKenzie LLP's $1 million fee request in the Rotech Healthcare Inc. Chapter 11 by $300,000 on Friday, ruling that the law firm ran up an "unreasonable" professional fee tab while it represented the ultimately out-of-the-money equity committee.
