Syngenta urged a Kansas federal judge on Tuesday to block a trial that would air both nationwide and Kansas claims in multidistrict litigation alleging Syngenta's promotion of genetically modified corn cost the industry at least $1 billion, saying the suits are required to go back to their home courts for trial.
