6th Circ. Lifts Block On End To Honeywell Retiree Benefits

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 8:07 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Thursday undid a ruling that barred Honeywell International Inc. from terminating health care benefits for roughly 50 retirees who worked at an auto parts plant in Michigan amid a dispute about its obligation to pay those benefits.
