7 Gas Rebates Suits Against Pilot Flying J Consolidated

Law360, New York (April 7, 2014, 5:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Monday consolidated seven suits against Pilot Flying J — the truck-stop operator run by Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam — accusing it of cheating truckers out of agreed-upon diesel fuel rebates.
