High Court To Hear DirecTV Class Action Appeal

Law360, New York (March 23, 2015, 2:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review a California state appeals court’s refusal to send to arbitration a consumer class action alleging that DirecTV failed to disclose early termination fees.
