Law360, Chicago (April 26, 2017, 4:24 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday told a putative class of P.F. Chang's customers they could proceed with a lawsuit over a 2014 data breach despite the restaurant chain's objections, saying the Seventh Circuit already ruled the claims in the case were viable.
U.S. District Judge Elaine Bucklo said lead plaintiffs John Lewert and Lucas Kosner could conduct discovery into the data breach, which P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. says affected 33 stores nationwide.
