Tax Increment Financing Faces New Scrutiny In Missouri

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 7:56 PM EDT) -- At a time of increased public interest in how state and local governments use tax dollars to attract development, Missouri lawmakers may bring greater public scrutiny and transparency to a popular funding process known as tax increment financing, or TIF.
