British Airways, Flyers Seek OK On $42M Deal To End Suit

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 4:34 PM EDT) -- British Airways and a group of its passengers have asked a New York federal court for preliminary approval of an up to $42 million in cash deal to resolve claims that the carrier inflated fuel surcharges, saying the settlement is a fair end to the long-running class action suit.
