Bradley Arant, Maynard Cooper Hit With Fee Bid By Kids Show

Law360 (March 27, 2019, 6:35 PM EDT) -- A production company behind an animated children’s show has sued an Alabama state agency and its counsel, Bradley Arant and Maynard Cooper, saying they are on the hook for a $1.4 million arbitration award as well as attorney fees.

Space Race LLC, which is behind the Universal Kids show "Space Racers," said in a summons filed in New York court Tuesday that the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission should be required to pay an arbitration award over its failure to pay for the program.
