Some Auto Parts Claims Sent To Arbitration In Price-Fix MDL

Law360, New York (April 19, 2017, 5:52 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge has tossed a number of antitrust claims against Denso Corp. and a spark-plug maker, saying Tuesday that sales agreements underlying the allegations require disputes to be dealt with in arbitration despite auto parts buyers’ attempts to “gerrymander” their complaints to avoid it.
