Seattle Says Biz Group Can't Halt Union Rule During Appeal

Law360, New York (August 10, 2017, 1:03 PM EDT) -- The city of Seattle urged a Washington federal court Wednesday to reject a bid by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Uber subsidiary Rasier LLC to block the city's ordinance letting Uber and Lyft drivers unionize while the plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their suit challenging the law.
