Snap Inc. CCO Departing For 'Sabbatical' This Spring

By Al Barbarino (February 1, 2022, 8:33 PM EST) -- The parent company of social media giant Snapchat will have a chief compliance officer vacancy following the departure of its current longtime CCO and ex-Hogan Lovells partner Dominic Perella this spring.

Perella said in a LinkedIn post Monday that he will depart Snap Inc. after more than seven years for a "sabbatical," opening up two positions at the company: chief compliance officer and global head of litigation.
