BALCA Denies Roofing Co.'s Bid For 14 Foreign Workers

Law360 (April 23, 2018, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals on Friday denied a Texas roofing company’s application to hire 14 temporary foreign workers after the business failed to prove that it had a temporary need for the laborers.
