Bryan Cave Partner Exits LabMD's Cover-Up Suit, For Now

Law360 (May 24, 2018, 10:55 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge Thursday dismissed without prejudice a cover-up suit that a cancer screening lab brought against Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and a partner just a few weeks ago, finding that LabMD Inc. failed to adequately plead subject matter jurisdiction.
