Feds Want Google Sanctioned For Defying Data Orders

Law360, New York (September 22, 2017, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors are seeking to have Google Inc. sanctioned for refusing to comply with a search warrant requesting certain user data stored overseas, telling a California federal judge Wednesday that the internet giant is flouting court orders.
