Law360 (March 14, 2019, 4:51 PM EDT) -- The federal government told a South Carolina federal court that it had carefully considered the potential harm to marine mammals from allowing oil and gas seismic testing off the Atlantic coast, arguing a request by environmental groups to halt the testing before it begins is misguided.
