Cell Tower Servicer's $333K Overtime Deal Gets Final OK

Law360 (June 12, 2018, 7:04 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge gave final approval Tuesday to a $333,000 settlement between a cell tower servicer and a class of employees who accused the company of failing to pay them overtime for the time they spent driving between jobs, calling it a "very good settlement" to "a hard fought case."
