Atty Can't Answer Juror Email In $2M Police Promotion Suit

Law360 (July 12, 2018, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge shot down an attorney’s request to take a former juror up on an offer to provide behind-the-scenes information on jury deliberations that yielded a $2 million verdict against Jersey City over denied police promotions, saying that any response would violate federal evidence rules.
