Supreme Court Seeks SG's View On Fifth Third ERISA Appeal

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court asked the solicitor general Monday to weigh in on Fifth Third Bancorp's appeal of a ruling that revived a proposed class action claiming the company's retirement plan wrongly lost millions by investing in its own stock despite its dismal performance.
