'Girls Gone Wild' Founder Threatened Workers, Trustee Says

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 2:58 PM EDT) -- The bankruptcy trustee for the company that makes the racy “Girls Gone Wild” videos sued founder Joe Francis on Tuesday in order to stop him from having any contact with his former firm, claiming he’s made violent threats against employees to coerce them to follow his orders.
