'Girls Gone Wild' Founder Threatened Workers, Trustee Says

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 2:58 PM EDT) -- The bankruptcy trustee for the company that makes the racy “Girls Gone Wild” videos sued founder Joe Francis on Tuesday in order to stop him from having any contact with his former firm, claiming he’s made violent threats against employees to coerce them to follow his orders.

Former FBI agent R. Todd Neilson, who was appointed April 11 to oversee the Chapter 11 proceedings of GGW Brands LLC and four affiliates, also asked the court to impose monetary sanctions on Francis for trying to exert control...
