Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 3:39 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday dismissed a claim for liquidated damages from a putative class action alleging Tyco International Ltd. unit SimplexGrinnell LP failed to pay its workers prevailing wages for public works projects in California.
