NLRB Judge Finds Against Ross Stores' Arbitration Pact

Law360, New York (October 22, 2014, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Tuesday that clothing retailer Ross Stores Inc. violated federal labor law when it required employees to sign an arbitration agreement that prohibited them from pursuing class or collective actions.
