FERC Rollback Of GHG Analysis Challenged At DC Circ.

Law360 (July 16, 2018, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Opponents of a Dominion Energy Inc. pipeline in New York on Monday asked the D.C. Circuit to review the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s decision to grant the project a construction and operation certificate, alleging the agency shirked its duty to consider the pipeline’s greenhouse gas emissions.
