Hogan Lovells Adds Ex-Koch Counsel As Enviro Atty In Texas

Law360 (March 20, 2019, 4:32 PM EDT) -- The former chief counsel of litigation for Koch Industries Inc. has joined Hogan Lovells' Houston office as a partner in its environmental and natural resources practice.

Jennifer Adams, who joins Hogan Lovells after spending the past eight years at Koch, started with the firm March 13.

Adams told Law360 on Wednesday that she had focused on environmental issues while at Koch.

“I am an environmental litigator,” she said in a telephone interview. “Where I have developed an expertise [is] in cases where there are complex environmental issues to be explained to a judge or jury.”
