Ranger Energy, YogaWorks Raise $125M In Downsized IPOs

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 5:33 PM EDT) -- Oilfield services provider Ranger Energy Services Inc. raised $85 million late Thursday in an initial public offering that priced below range, the same day yoga studio operator YogaWorks Inc. raised $40 million after pricing at the low end of a reduced range, ending a soft week for IPOs.
