3 Firms Steer $162M Loan For Mixed-Use Project In Miami
Law360 (September 12, 2019, 2:23 PM EDT) -- Saul Ewing-led PMG and Toronto asset management shop Greybrook Realty Partners announced a $161.5 million loan Thursday for a Miami mixed-use project from Centennial Bank and Square Mile Capital, which were advised by Herrick Feinstein and Arnold & Porter, respectively.
The loan is for 400 Biscayne, where PMG and Greybrook Realty Partners Inc. are building a 49-story project that will include rental apartments, commercial space and a First United Methodist Church of Miami.
