Novartis Gets FCA Kickback Suit Pared Down

Law360, Washington (June 11, 2014, 2:50 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday pared down a whistleblower False Claims Act lawsuit against Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. and several specialty pharmacies over an alleged kickback scheme to push Novartis drugs, saying several of the allegations were "vague and unhelpful."
