3 Navy FCA Whistleblowers Fight To Stay Together

By Bryan Koenig (July 12, 2016, 6:51 PM EDT) -- Inchcape Shipping Services Holdings Ltd. can't eliminate one of three would-be whistleblowers from the government's False Claims Act suit accusing the company and its subsidiaries of overcharging the U.S. Navy millions of dollars for port services, the relators said in D.C. federal court Tuesday.

Former Inchcape employees Noah Rudolph, Andrea Ford and Lawrence Cosgriff want Cosgriff kept in the case they brought and in which the government intervened. They argued Tuesday that they were allowed to voluntarily add Cosgriff, a former executive vice president for Inchcape's government services division, to their suit to bolster the allegations.
