Contractor Sues For $21M Over Bio Warfare Facility Work

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 6:37 PM EST) -- An electrical contractor sued a slew of construction and insurance companies in Maryland federal court Wednesday, demanding $21 million for the contractor's extra work on a biological warfare research facility and alleging the project was mismanaged and inefficient even before a fire destroyed half the building.
