Cancer Centers Can't Escape Suits Over Data Breach

Law360 (March 12, 2019, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Cancer treatment center operator 21st Century Oncology can't escape multidistrict litigation over a data breach that affected more than 2.2 million patients, as a Florida federal court ruled Monday that the patients have made a plausible claim they're at increased risk of identity theft.
