Pair Of Tech IPOs Soar After Exceeding $1.3B Combined

Law360 (February 3, 2021, 8:02 PM EST) -- Canadian information technology provider Telus International and virtual communications platform ON24, guided by six law firms, went public Wednesday after raising $1.3 billion in combined proceeds from initial public offerings that priced at peak range.

Vancouver-based Telus International Inc., advised by Shearman & Sterling LLP on U.S. matters and Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP on Canadian matters, raised $925 million after selling 37 million subordinate voting shares at $25 each, the high end of Telus International's range. The company also upsized its offering from original plans to sell 33.33 million shares.
