Okla. Tribe Denied 10th Circ. Rehearing In $27M Tax Ruling

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 4:59 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday declined to revisit its decision to vacate an arbitration decision that had exempted the Citizen Potawatomi Nation from $27 million in alcohol sales taxes after the tribe had said the court wrongly struck down an arbitration provision in its gambling compact with Oklahoma.
