NASCAR Fan Settles Suit Over Daytona Crash Debris Injury

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 4:29 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit by a NASCAR fan injured by flying debris from a 12-car crash at Daytona International Speedway came to an end Monday as a Florida federal judge issued a final dismissal of the case following a settlement reached last month.
