By Kaitlin Ugolik (April 30, 2014, 3:12 PM EDT) -- Real estate private equity firm Carlton Group has hired two investment and asset management specialists to head up its crowdfunding and equity syndication platforms. Navish Chawla and Kevin Swill took the new positions with Carlton, which recently launched Carlton Accredited Equity Crowdfunding and Carlton Strategic Ventures in an effort to capitalize on growing equity trends in the market. Chawla came from Madison International and will serve as Carlton Strategic Ventures' chief investment officer. Swill, who is currently Carlton's COO and previously served as president of Kushner Properties, will manage the crowdfunding business....
