NJ Justices Will Review Dealership Liability In Fatal Crash

Law360 (July 12, 2018, 9:26 PM EDT) -- New Jersey’s top court will take up a coverage dispute brought by the estate of a man killed by a drunk driver seeking to hold a BMW dealership and its insurance carrier liable for his injuries, according to a Wednesday order granting certification.
