July Trial Set For Recovery Issues In WTC Lessee's 9/11 Suit

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 7:42 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday said he will hold a two-week bench trial in July to establish whether the 7 World Trade Center lessee's $831 million insurance haul offsets the tort recoveries it seeks from several air carriers in a long-running suit over the 9/11 attacks.
