Shipper Says NY Lacks Jurisdiction Over Arbitration Award

Law360, Washington (February 28, 2017, 3:07 PM EST) -- A Bahamas-based shipping company urged a New York federal court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a ship owner seeking to enforce a London arbitration award, arguing Friday that the court does not have jurisdiction over the company.
