Chinese Telecom Co. Slams FCC National Security 'Blacklist'

Law360 (August 8, 2018, 8:15 PM EDT) -- Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has slammed the Telecommunications Industry Association for supporting a proposed Federal Communications Commission rule that would ban the use of an $8.5 billion fund to buy products or services from companies that pose a threat to U.S. security.
