Afghan War Food Contractor Says FCA Suit Thin On Details

Law360, Washington (April 7, 2017, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A food supply contractor for the U.S. military in Afghanistan asked a Virginia federal judge Thursday to toss a recently unsealed False Claims Act suit brought by a competitor accusing it of misleading the government about the construction of a warehouse and about transporting goods through Iran.
