Morris Manning Snags IP Litigator From Alston & Bird
Law360 (April 22, 2019, 9:03 PM EDT) -- Morris Manning & Martin LLP has hired a patent litigation attorney from Alston & Bird LLP, bolstering its Atlanta offerings with his experience handling a range of intellectual property and commercial disputes, including federal court suits and international arbitration proceedings.
Daniel Huynh joins Morris Manning as a partner, bringing with him expertise in helping technology companies take on disputes and investigations stemming from patents, trademarks and other intellectual property concerns, according to an April 17 news release.
